You can visit several departments in the library: Library for Children and Youth, General Library (fiction and non-fiction), Study Library (magazines and newspapers, foreign literature, regional literature) and Music Library (CDs, music and music literature).
The library organizes a number of events for the public: excursions for young children, students, seniors, educational programs - lectures, exhibitions, author's evenings, programs on music, reading.
